Thank you for shopping with Fashion Trend Vibe. Please review our return policy before placing your order.
Returns Eligibility (US Orders Only)
- We accept returns on unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking data).
- The return package must be shipped within 7 days after submitting the return request.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be declined or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Return processing typically takes 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- We will notify you via email after the return has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates / Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Openpack wholesale orders
Important — Return Authorization (RA)
All returns must include a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. To request a return, please sign in to your account or contact us at hello@fashiontrendvibe.com with your order number. Once your return request is approved, we will email you an RA number and detailed return instructions, including the correct return address.
Returns sent without an RA may be refused or returned to sender at the buyer’s expense.
Return Process
To start a return, sign in to your account and submit a return request, or email us at hello@fashiontrendvibe.com:
- Go to your account → Orders, or email hello@fashiontrendvibe.com with your order number.
- Find the order and open its details. If the item is eligible and within the return window, click the Return button or submit a return request via email.
- We will review your request and, if approved, issue an RA number and send you return instructions by email.
- Please include the RA number inside the return package and write it on the shipping label. Provide the carrier and tracking number once shipped.
- Some return reasons may require clear photos showing the issue — please provide them when requested.

Where to send returns
After we provide your RA, please ship returns to the address listed in your RA email (our return processing center). Do not ship returns to any other address unless instructed.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
International Orders
- We currently do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the United States, including the European Union.
- If the item is defective or shipped in error, a refund may be issued without the need to return the item — contact us for details.
